If you would like your child to transfer from another school to Parkhead Primary. Please click on the link above and download the application form. Please fill in this form and return it to the address at the bottom of the form. A member of the pupil and parent team at Gateshead Council will get in touch to let you know if there is a place available.
If you would like to come and look around school please make an appointment by calling the office on 0191 433 5618. We will require a data form with your personal details filled in (see Parents section of this website) and a copy of your childs birth certificate before your child can start school.
