Some of our Year 4, 5 and 6 children participated in the Gateshead Athletics Festival on Friday 26th June 2009 at Gateshead International Stadium. The children took part in lots of different events such as sprinting races, middle distance races, long jump, javelin and spring jumps. The children participated superbly with lots of semi-finalists and even a medal winner! The rain didn't spoil our fun and everyone had a great day!
