On Monday 29th June, Year 5 and 6 visited Eden Camp in North Yorkshire, as part of our learning through the creative curriculum. We have been learning all about World War 2 this term so it was great to visit Eden Camp - a prisoner of war camp during WW2. Eden Camp had lots of different interactive huts which told us about different aspects of the war. There were huts about The Blitz, The Home Front and D-Day and there was even a Dig For Victory Garden! The huts included sights, sounds and smells from the war so it was very realistic. We all had a fantastic day!
