We are please to offer again football coaching at Parkhead with Newcastle United Foundation. This will take place on the main sports field starting Monday 24th October until Thursday 27th October between 10am and 3pm. They are also offering early drop off and pick up for parents if needed. Tennis
Tennis coaching is on every MONDAY between 4.30pm and 5.30pm. Specialist coaches from Blaydon Tennis club are running the session. All children are welcome to attend and the charge for an hour session is £3. Alternatively your child can stay from 3.20pm until 6pm including a light snack and join the coaching for £6.

Year 3 / 4 Football Coaching
Mr Costello will be running a football club just for year 3 and 4 starting the first week back after half term. This will be on a Wednesday between 3.20pm and 4pm. Parents can pick children up at 4pm on the KS2 yard.

Robinwood Visit
The final payment for Robinwood is due by 30th June. Please contact Michelle Lane in the school office for your outstanding balance. We will be holding a parent meeting in July to discuss the visit in more detail.

Parkhead have launched this September 2010 a new breakfast and after school club. We are open daily between 3.20pm and 6pm. Children enjoy a range of activities and a light snack, supported by school Teaching assistants and support staff. To book a place please fill in the registration form enclosed and return it to the club staff. The club registration form and recent letters to parents are enclosed.

The end of Pyramid club party was organised and sponsored by Eversheds Newcastle; they organised an excellent range of activities for the children to enjoy during the afternoon. The children were also thrilled to all leave with an Easter Egg!
