Autumn Term
Elm Class have had an amazing start to Autumn term and have been extremely busy!
Science
Elm Class have been learning all about their bodies and their five senses: touch, taste, hearing, sight and smell. To explore our sense of smell, the children investigated a range of mystery household items. They decided whether each smell was one they liked or disliked and then tried to match it to the correct picture. We also tested our sense of hearing by shaking mystery pots and listening carefully to see if we could recognise the different sounds.
PE
In PE, the children had a fantastic time with Mr. Elliot during their NUF sessions. Each lesson, they developed new skills, focusing on controlling the ball and practising different types of throws. They also learned some brilliant teamwork skills and loved every minute of it.
