Head Teacher Welcome
for every child to become a successful, independent, resilient, lifelong learner and a caring, responsible member of the community, who can achieve their very best. High quality teaching and learning is at the heart all that we do. We strive to provide a learning climate in which children feel safe, can flourish, celebrate differences and develop skills and confidence to build happy, successful futures.
We are extremely fortunate to have extensive outdoor space including a secluded forest school setting. Our staff make full use of the grounds to deliver Forest School sessions, outdoor learning opportunities and to provide outdoor play and learning opportunities at break and lunchtimes.
We have a highly skilled, experienced and dedicated team of teaching and support staff who care deeply about nurturing our children and are focused on ensuring each child’s needs are met, their abilities are understood and that their aspirations are encouraged regardless of any differences.
Our children are enthusiastic, well-behaved and have excellent attitudes to learning. We have high expectations and expect high standards from everyone within the school.
We very much value the part that parents and carers play in the education of their own child and recognise the work they have already done as their first educators. Consequently, we strive to develop effective partnerships between parents and the school.
Visits from prospective parents are warmly welcomed throughout the year. The best way to gain a true insight to our school is to have a look around. We look forward to welcoming you and your child to be part of our school community.
If you require any further information or would like to arrange a visit, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.
